"This unique steampunk monkey display is crafted on four square wood panels, which I carefully glued together and sanded down on the back to achieve the desired gap effect. Using wood burning techniques and various shading tools, I created different textures and details for the monkey and surrounding cogs. To ensure durability and water protection, I applied a lacquer spray for a long-lasting finish. To make certain elements pop, I added highlights with acrylic gold and silver pens, bringing the entire piece to life with vibrant detail."
